There is a Crank Wheel in Charlie's ClassPass area. Otherwise they need to be ordered.
Noon Charlie's Mansion ClassPass room. There is a Crank Wheel inside.
Noon+ Safe in the walkway / tunnel between Moxie and the Plaza. Weapon inside.
Noon/Afternoon The Oxygen machine for the band infront of the Library can be turned off.
Karl's Bay Crank Wheels
There are no Crank Wheels in Karl's Bay - they need to be ordered.
Afternoon You can open the lock between Hanger 1 and Fathoms of Lament. The dock will flood and will be full and frozen during Evening. This allows easier access to the room with Audio Cassette, Trinkets, and the Nullifier. Helpful for when doing Charlie's Games.
