MLW Games Terms of Use between MLW Creative (UK) and the user ("You" or "Your") of this network ("MLW Games")

MLW Creative will make MLW Games available to You free of charge on the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Terminology:
MLW Games. Websites branded as part of MLW Games or DrMong's Vault. This includes all 'sub domains', 'microsites' and dedicated domain names branded as MLW Games.

1. Intellectual Property Rights

1.a) MLW Games Content and databases (including all sub domains and sites branded as DrMong's Vault / MLW Games) are produced and opperated by MLW Creative. You acknowledge and agree that all intellectual property rights comprised in or relating to MLW Games belong to MLW Creative (with exceptions stated in 1.b and 1.c), and that nothing in this Agreement constitutes a transfer of any intellectual property rights.

1.b) Video content is produced via media that belongs to it's respective owner.

1.c) Graphic content produced by external companies remains property of the respective owner.

1.d) You may save, print and screen cap content from MLW Games granted it does not conflict with 1.b or 1.c - and is for your personal use.

1.e) You may link to this website from external sources, or include it in electronic discussions.

2. User Content

2.a) Where user content is permitted, you accept and acknowledge all 3rd party content posted to MLW Games (in the form of, but not limited to, comments) is the responsibility of the author. While MLW Games attempts to moderate such content, it is not always possible to filter out everything.

2.b) You acknowledge you have the right to report via the various 'contact' links any content which is offensive or in any form illigal, or goes against this agreement. Reported content will be moderated.

3. Privacy

MLW Creative takes privacy seriously, and by using this website you acknowledge and agree to our priacy policy.

4. User Accounts

4.a) User accounts are offered free of charge.

4.b) MLW Creative reserves the right to suspend or remove any accounts it finds in violation with this agreement.

4.c) User accounts must not post content which is not appropriate for MLW Games (including, and not limited to, obscene, racist or illigal content). Any content in breech of this will be removed or edited.

5. Liability

5.a) MLW Games is provided "as is", and You acknowledge and agree that MLW Creative has no control over Third Party Content and that Your use of MLW Games (including, without limitation, all material obtained from or linked to MLW Games) is at Your sole risk.

5.b) To the full extent permitted by law, MLW Creative excludes all liability to You for any damages or loss (including without limitation, loss of profits, indirect or consequential loss) however caused (including, without limitation, damage or loss arising in contract, tort (including, without limitation, negligence), statute or otherwise) suffered by You in connection with Your use of MLW Games.

6. Advertisments

6.a) MLW Games recovers opperating costs via advertising revenue. Adverts are provided by 3rd party publishers and MLW Creative has no control over the content of external sites. You acknowledge and agree that MLW Creative can not be held responsible for advert content, or external site content.

6.b) Advertising on MLW Games is limited to in-site advert units. No "pop-ups" or "pop-unders" are used. If you experience these types of advertising on MLW Games it is being produced by an alternate source.
