The following policy applies to MLWGames.com, all sub domains and sites branded as part of DrMong's Vault

DrMong's Vault (MLW Games) provides friendly, easy to use video game guides for no charges or fees. MLW Games is committed to protecting the safety and security of its online visitors and are sensitive to user's concerns about the safety of personal information provided to us - thus we require no personal information except for an E-Mail address if the user decides to register for a free account.

Accounts

All accounts are offered free of charge. In order to register for a free account, an E-Mail address, password and a username must be provided.

Accounts allow for saving of progress in collectible tracking guides, and for posting comments.

Personal Information

The only information that MLW Games collects apon registration is the user’s e-mail address. A username and password must also provided by the user. Accounts are saved in a secure database, and passwords are encrypted.

No personal information is collected in any other means.

Disclosing information

No personal information you provide to MLW Games is published publically, with exception to username if a comment is made on one of the websites. The username will be displayed as the author of the comment.

Outbound E-Mails

There are no e-mail messages sent out from MLW Games to registered users in any form apart from when a user requests to reset their account password.

Cookies

MLW Games uses cookies to save progress when a visitor is not signed into a MLW Games account.

A cookie is a small text file that is stored on a user's computer. Each cookie can only be accessed by the web site that created the cookie. We do not link the information we store in cookies to any personally identifiable information you submit while on our site.

A cookie may also be produced apon login - which acts as a 'remember me' feature. No sensitive information is saved in this cookie.

Third Party Cookies

The use of cookies by our advertisers is not covered by our privacy statement. We do not have access or control over these cookies.
