Dilapidation Achievement / Trophy
Once you get the Timepiece, sneak around through the kitchen. Loot the kitchen key from the cupboard. Warp your way out to the yard with the balcony.
In the past you can damage the balcony supports, which results in the present having a collapsed balcony. Climb up the balcony to get this achievement / trophy.

Once you get the Timepiece, sneak around through the kitchen. Loot the kitchen key from the cupboard. Warp your way out to the yard with the balcony.
Go over to the left, where there are dust dunes. Go down to the basement via the stairs. In the past there are two guards working out what is wrong. To the left of them is a valve handle. Pick it up and throw it into the water through the hole. Climb through and fit the handle onto the water control to the left (under water) and drain the basement.
Once you collect the rune you will get this achievement / trophy.

Destroy the balcony (see Dilapidation achievement). In the present climb up to the upper floor, and go around to the right. Warp into the past and the painting is in the corner.
