This is a very easy one to get. Simply add Aether to your loadout (using the Erase and Flicker upgrades help a lot), and go out and use it and kill enemies while they are near others.
The trick is not to be spotted, which is why the upgrades help.
To get the upgrades for Aether, keep killing the visionary with Aether and looting the upgrades.
