Karl's Bay Afternoon
Head to the Forever Young building in Karl's Bay afternoon and use the Trinket Machine. Collect residuum (or kill yourself and absorb your personal stash - see video) and use the machine.
The machine now makes the new 2-in-1 trinket and legendary trinkets.
Pretty easy achievement.
